Veronica Syombua

I am a licensed Counselling Psychologist, registered with the Counsellors and Psychologists Board of Kenya, and the founder of Worker Towers Counselling Services, where I provides mental health support to individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

I am trained in several evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In addition, I has completed Cognitively-Based Compassion Training (CBCT) from Emory University, USA and Compassionate Integrity Training (CIT). I continuously pursue curriculum development courses to stay updated with the latest trends in the mental health industry.
