As a counseling psychologist, I am deeply passionate about mental health and dedicated to helping individuals navigate their emotional and psychological challenges. I believe in the power of empathy, active listening, and evidence-based practices to foster healing and resilience.

My approach is client-centered, focusing on creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel valued and empowered to explore their feelings, gain insights, and develop coping strategies that promote overall well-being. Witnessing my clients grow and thrive motivates me to continue advocating for mental health awareness and accessibility. I also use the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns.
