I am a licensed psychologist and therapeutic coach with over a decade of experience helping individuals transcend trauma and reach their full potential. I offer tailored coaching, life skills training, and mental health support through both virtual and face-to-face sessions. My approach combines CBT theories with Psychodynamic approaches. I incorporate psychometric assessments, holistic well-being strategies, and a strong focus on empowering clients to live purpose-driven lives.
