Sandra Githaiga

With 17 years experience of supporting trauma survivors in international humanitarian settings, and working in multidisciplinary teams to provide mental health care in schools and hospitals in Kenya focussed on addressing academic, emotional and career challenges for students and families with compassion and expertise.

My theoretical background is eclectic and drawing techniques based on my clients needs from Trauma focussed CBT, SandTray therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative therapy, and Transactional Analysis Therapy.
