I'm a trained and CPB board registered Psychologist who provides psychotherapy and mental health consulting services to young adults and adolescents. My approaches to therapy include but not limited to CBT, Art therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), REBT, Psychoanalysis, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Occupational Therapy.
