I am a Counselling Psychologist registered by the Board of Kenya with a Bachelor’s degree, a  NITA-certified Trainer and Trauma-Informed Practitioner.  

• Specializes in trauma-informed approached in individual therapy, group therapy and organizational training.
• Supports those with mental health conditions, relational issues, trauma healing, personal development and career challenges.  
• Has over 7 years of experience in psychosocial support including working with organizations such as National Construction Authority of Kenya, Hiventy  Africa, Jacaranda Maternity Hospital, Quickmart Supermarkets, Light for the World etc.  

An Award-winning Youth Mental Health Champion who advocates for mental wellness through community outreaches, events and digital advocacy on social media and TV such as K24, Town, Capuchin, Y254 and Pulse Live Kenya.
