I am a Registered Psychologist that places emphasis on the well being of the client. My therapy techniques are client centered, and I borrow heavily from Narrative therapy, person centered therapy and CBT in my sessions. I believe that my role in the therapeutic journey is to help you realize your potential and attain your own actualization i.e. be the best version of yourself you can possibly be. I am here to help you cope, and walk the journey with you. You are always in control, mine is just to offer support
