I am a Counselling Psychologist, licensed and registered to practice in Kenya. I am also the Founder and Lead Psychologist at Unburden Yourself Psychology Practice. I apply evidence-based techniques to promote well-being and encourage positive responses to life.

Client-centered - I focus on understanding who you are, where you are in your journey, what you would like to gain from therapy and how best I can support you through it all.
