I am a licensed psychologist based in Nairobi, specializing in individual and couples therapy. My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, identify patterns, and develop practical solutions to achieve meaningful change.
