Grace Munyao

For four years and counting, I have been walking the journey with young people adolescence and youth to help them overcome their mental health challenges. As a young person myself, I understand the struggles and pains as well as breakthroughs in trying to figure out who we are. My approach is CBT, Psychoanalysis, Person-centered therapy, Positive Psychology. I am skilled in connecting with the young person, helping them heal their past and present pains and become the best version of themselves.
