As a relational therapist, I approach my work through a systemic lens. This means that my clients' wellbeing are as a result of how healthy the systems they are a part of are. My aim is to address issues within these systems that contribute to my clients' distress. I utilize a variety of family therapy theories and perspectives such as Satir Experiential Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
